1. Consignment & Pricing:

The Consignor entrusts The Store to sell trading card game singles ("Items") on their behalf. Item prices will be mutually agreed upon between The Consignor and The Store prior to listing / determined by The Store based on current fair market value.

2. Consignment Split:

The Consignor will receive eighty percent (80%) of the final selling price after processing fees of 3% ("Consignor's Share") for ungraded singles or opened product. Consignor will receive ninety percent (90%) of the final selling price after processing fees of 3% ("Consignor's Share") for sealed product or graded singles.

3. Term of Consignment:

The Store will make reasonable efforts to sell Items for a period of 120 days from the date of intake ("Consignment Period").

4. Unsold Items:

At the end of the Consignment Period, or at any time at the request of The Store or The Consignor, The Consignor may reclaim any unsold Items. If Items are not reclaimed within 30 days of notice or the end of the Consignment Period, Items become property of The Store.

5. Payouts:

The Consignor's Share will be paid out when any of the following are true: upon request by The Consignor, on a quarterly basis, when the accumulated balance due exceeds $500.00. Payouts will be made via check in person or mailed to the mailing address on file.

6. Title of Goods:

The Consignor warrants that they are the legal owner of all Items submitted for consignment and that Items are authentic and not counterfeit.

7. Liability:

The Store will take reasonable care in handling and displaying Items. However, The Store is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, flood, accidental damage, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, unless such loss or damage is a direct result of The Store's gross negligence. Consigned items are not insured by Lucky Llama Games.

8. Agreement:

By submitting this form, The Consignor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
